Apply for a Cub

We are so sorry you are experiencing a broken heart. We kindly request that you fill out this form so that we may send a Comfort Cub to you. We are a charitable, non-profit organization and rely on the generosity of individuals and organization partnerships to provide these gifted cubs to those in need.

The Comfort Cub receives many requests for gifted cubs each month.  If we currently do not have the funds, your request will be added to our waiting list. Please also keep the following in mind:

  • One cub request per household, please
  • We do not customize the weight of the cubs
  • We ship to U.S. Military addresses
  • We do not ship internationally
  • Please be sure to enter your mailing address correctly
  • If you are with an organization and are interested in the Comfort Cub as a therapeutic part of your wellness program, please contact us here.
